Pei, who is celebrated for such projects as the Glass Pyramid at the Louvre in Paris and the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong.

1700 Broadway sits at a five-point intersection which includes such landmarks as the Brown Palace Hotel, Republic Plaza and the World Trade Center.  The property is surrounded on all sides by high-density residential development, strong commercial fundamentals, and bustling night life.
