Suzanne Dixon is Assistant Controller and has over 14 years commercial real estate experience. Suzanne currently assists in over-seeing all accounting and financial reporting for public REITs and high net worth individuals on a twelve million square feet portfolio of commercial real estate located in Canada and the U.S.A.

• She is experienced in all aspects of real estate accounting and finance, as well as real estate software system integrations.
• Suzanne started her career with a public REIT as a property accountant and has advanced into the Assistant Controller role.

Suzanne is based out of Epic’s Calgary office.
