Allan is responsible for the overall investment growth of Epic’s real estate portfolio across Canada and the U.S.

Allan has over 20 years of experience across all aspects of real estate and has completed over $3 billion in real estate transactions. He began his career as a property manager before diversifying into acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and mortgage financing. A strong, client-centric executive with deep knowledge of the U.S. market, Allan’s insight-based strategies consistently lead to creating value for clients.

• Allan previously worked for TGS North American Real Estate Investment Trust as its Vice President, Acquisitions. During his time with REIT, Allan was involved in over $600 million in property acquisitions and dispositions and was instrumental in the process that led to the eventual sale of the REIT to Great-West Life.
• Prior to REIT, Allan worked on over $1 billion of commercial sale transactions, the majority of which were on behalf of institutional investors.
• Previously, Allan was MDC’s Executive Vice President and Epic Realty Partners (Alberta) Inc.’s Vice President, Western Canada where he was responsible for the region’s acquisitions and business development.

Allan is based out of Epic’s Calgary office.
